The way I have it hooked up is the cooling fan turns on when you start the motor and the condenser fan turns on when it reaches a certain temperature and when you turn off the motor the cooling fan turn off also, SO THERE IS NO MANUAL SWITCH THAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER TO TURN OFF.
