Alright well its time to start my thread. Well this is how it all started out, i purchased a 92 240sx se coupe this past fall. I bought it for 2300, and then i had to pay for shipping from alabama. it was originally a florida car and that it what i wanted. a rust free chasis.So here's a few pics of when i got the car.
and no i dont know how to resize.



and yes i have now sanded off that nasty pinstripe and it is gone, for the most part

somehow there was not rust on the car, but this is the dashbar before i painted iit. nissan didnt coat these from the factory so i am thinking humidity got to it.

haha, looks good, but your pics are frickin' huge. do you have photoshop or even microsoft paint? adjust the image size down to something like 600x450

haahh you didnt want this car trust me. when i first got it all of the speaker wires were cut. he sprayfoamed the inside of the whole trunk and around the gas tank. he left his subwoofer power cable from the battery cut and under the carpet. almost every interior screw is missing. and he beat the shit out of the car. thats one of the reasons i am going sr. also for coolant he used strait water which was beggining to rust inside of the radiator. the guy thT OWNED the car before me was an absolute moron. i mean seriously he ghetto rigged everything and put on a pinstripe

i got you beat there.

my yellow beast.

car had one wiper blade removed, and one of them angled for rice.

car had been given a 50 shot of nos, stock internals, on a ka24E

Automatic tranny, wiring to trunk light/ interior light go fubar. wiring to the interior of dash is hanging out the bottom. trunk carpet was SHOT, there was a serious rear-ending (resulting in a salvage title) which i repaired.

24 dollar resonator that makes it sound like a v12 ferrari with no piping from the downpipe back.

bad valve seals, bad main transmission seal, internally exploded power steering pump, leaky fuel injectors, a broken fuel filter, a burned air filter, fubar fender, 1 broken lug bolt off of each hub, slightly tweeked hatch, messed up hood and messed up front left lamp cover, 100% dead shocks and cut stock springs.

of course, the car's in much much much MUCH better shape now. i just don't want it anymore. school has given me no time to do serious work on it.

engine and tranny are sold.
sold it to a friend from the local drift forum, i gave him everything the tranny, engine, ecu, old exhaust, radiator, and a whole bunch of other shiz for 100bucks. it needed to get out of the garage asap

i dunno maybe close to five hours. i made an outline of where i wanted to with the tape and theni went crazy with the newspaper and tape. you can never be two cautiosu about overspray
