you need some conversoin parts. but if you got a clip you should be good to go. just need a to bend a new hardline from the master to slave. but everything else should be on the clip.
Tranny crossmember
master cylinder
slave cylinder
clutch pedal assembly
hardline (bend new one)
You need a manual drive shaft though, the auto shafts are different than the 5 speed ones. makes sure to see if you have abs or not, the lengths are differnt.
