So my first ka blew up so i decided to swap it out with another ka24de. Now I have everythig hooked up and ready to go but the thing wont start. I have a good batter, new starter, spark plugs, spark plug wires and double checked everything 3 times. I just dont get why it wont start. Its turning as if the engine is about to turn on but it just wont go. :scratch: Got any ideas why it's not starting?
Make sure you have the fuel pump working. Then make sure you have the fuel line hooked up right. If the filter connects to the regulator then it is backwards. Also try spraying starter fluid in the intake and seeing if it works. If it doesnt then you have another problem then fuel
How would you check if the fuel pump is working right? I also haven't even thought about if the filter connected to right fuel line. I'll definetly try that and get some of that starter fluid.
Sorry to change the topic, but i have a huge question, if anyone knows or knows where i can find out i want to swap a KA24DE into my 92 Isuzu pickup, i wanna know how hard it would be is all really, and if anyone has done it or know someone who has how much all together did it cost?????
