not only the front end. the bumpers are a bit different and the taillights +most of the kouki sr20dets dont have the egr (exhaust gas recirculation). but if you'll get a 240sx you wont have to worry about sr20det

here is something you can't understand, how i could just kill a man

All cars sold in America from 1996 on are guarenteed to be OBD-II. Even late model 1995's have shown up to be running OBD-II systems as well.

Fuck emissions......

Yes lol I know you feel my pain... Probably worse since you have visual inspection as well iirc (thats why you didn't want to go with a top moun on your car and rebuilt a t28 iir that aim convo correctly)

Dude we don't just have visual, they higher Nazi's who don't know a thing about cars to give the inspection, so if you have a new shiny valve cover, or if you remove your AC pump that's vacuum controled, they'll fail you.

OBD-II is an easier way to read diagnostic data, also easier for smog techs to check for problems. There's a small plug socket area to be able to read diagnostic info/engine info. Plenty of electronic devices that will allow you to read engine data from your phone. Its a good feature if you need it, but can be a pain in the ass. I prefer pre-OBD2 for the S-chassis.
