Well when I did mine I pulled all the a/c stuff out. I didn't have to modify the p/s at all and mine was a 91.

91 if you want powersteering.

The A/C high pressure line from the KA24DE fits, low pressure does not. Flare is too big.

I'm not sure if SOHC lines will work since they require 2 bolts per line.

You'll also have to get a SOHC throttle cable if you didn't know that yet.

^ Damn, forgot that one, haha.

I'm trying to think if there's anything else.

Stock radiator will work...someone else chime in, haha...you've got the right gauge cluster.

You must also swap over the KA 5-speed tranny sensors (including speed) in order for them to work.

EDIT: And by 'work' I mean, read properly.

Another:

You'll need to extend the starter wire, or splice/solder the one from the KA24DE and use that plug.

I chose the latter, because I hate butt connectors. I solder everything I can, unless the position sucks.

when i did the CA swap i used the stock DOHC everything. The throttle cable i just pushed in the holder and put a couple zip ties around it, or you can custom make one, either will work.

Im not sure if i used the DOHC or CA lower harness because i had to splice the trans sensor plug into the fusebox plug because they were 2 female plugs..

If I'm not mistaken, only the 5 speed drive shaft will work.

corrigan989 just for future reference this is usually a FAQ in every section. Try reading the FAQs about the Sr20 and CA18 or use the "Search" button. I guarantee you'll get results a lot faster if you search first.
