can you lower the lights and still have them on...
wont the lights go up again once you turn on the lights..
in the Options Relay way, you can have the lights on, while sleepy eyes.

but why would you want that? the beams would be aimed a foot in front of your car, and completely useless.

dude its not stuck like that, when you need to use your headlights at night they can be aimed correctly when necessary. this thing is reversable as well.

no it wont let you have ur lights on , once u turn them on they reset to normal position

do they go down in the same increments every time? and is there a way to keep your lights on (you know, in case you were using a smaller lamp that would be aimed straight while the pop-ups were sleepy eyed?)

depends on how fast/consistent your taps are, and not with this version. there are ways to wire up switches to turn the lights on and whatnot, but this is just a quick, easy, FREE alternative to... you know, putting forth effort for more than like, 30 seconds, and spending money.
