real time data logging

so i have been googling and searching for about 3 hours and still havnt really found the answer I'm am looking for, so i must ask. I am currently running a 96 240sx with a rb25 series 1 motor. i know the rb25 series 1 doesn't use obdII and my 240 is OBdII compatible.

1st question is there anyway to convert the motor with stock ecu to be OBdII compatible.
2nd- if not which I'm pretty sure you can't what if anything can i do. I just want to run real time data logging to check rpm and speed. along with gauges, more or less i want to use it as a 2nd gauge cluster but a little bit more accurate.

Providing its hooked up you should be able to use some kind of consult program to read that. Assuming you have a consult port.

Even if you did convert to OBD2 chances are you couldn't read it anyway as most JDM ECUs don't connect to our scanners.

Check this out, I haven't looked at it for your specific application, but I did use it on my S14 Silvia.
