I've searched the internet and also these forums looking for someone brave enough to pick one up... and came up mostly empty handed.

Both are around the same price, but I honestly like the looks of the Thailand one more. I've searched the internet and also these forums looking for someone brave enough to pick one up... and came up mostly empty handed.

My power goal for the motor is just over 400 whp.

The shop that is doing my motor work right now said that they are nice pieces if you stray from anything "deep china". I've cut no corners in this build, and I'm VERY conscious of bootleg parts, and Ebay shenanigans.

here is a link to the exact piece I'm thinking of ordering.

Nissan Skyline GTS-T RB25DET RB25 Intake manifold R33: eBay Motors (item 350391863804 end time Oct-07-10 07:18:08 PDT)

If ANYBODY had any experience with this type of product, please let me know. I was also planning on having it braced somehow, or possibly reinforced. :feedback:

Also, I'm looking for help from people who have actually maybe seen one or purchased one, not just word of mouth... or stereotypical $100.00 manifold giggles .

Thanks :beer2:

Wiring Q using a front clip KA harness?

Hi,
New to this section,
I just bought a r33 front clip today and its going into my old s13 shell.
Ive been reading around on how to wire it and apparently a KA harness is needed?

is there anyway i can just use the complete harness from the r33 including the fusebox, lower alternator harness, etc...

Im not very familiar on how wiring works, but Id like keep it all simple. If i just swapped everything over, and connected the dash harness to the rb ecu it should all work right?

I need some help guys.

I just put my engine and tranny in, got it on the mounts and everything. However I went to hook the driveshaft up but I can't get it to spin.
I've tried just about everything.
the only way it will spin is if the clutch is pushed down. The transmission will go into 1st and 2nd but won't go into 3rd 4th or 5th or reverse. I have no clue what that means..
I'm praying that my transmission is not messed up..

somebody help please..
if your willing to help right away...

I read that for the 26 you need the mounts, sump, and a diff tranny as the rb26 one is awd. How hard is it to get just the rb25 tranny instead of the 26. I don't wanna have to buy both, then be stuck with an awd tranny and an rb25 motor... What about driveshaft? Would the mckinley rb26 tranny crossmember fit in for the rb25 tranny as well? Anything else? I know you should have it professionally installed but my dads a mechanic (ive learned off him) and we have a lot of mechanic friends around here, so we would get it to work. I just wanna make sure I know everything I need and price it all and write down where to get it. I just got my s13 sittin outside now, all junkered out waitin to be rebuilt beautiful.

Other option is just to get the rb25. Mckinley has the motor mount set with the drive shaft as well I could use. I believe that would be all I need.

OH YA, and my car will be RHD so I should have better clearance since the motor was designed for rhd, wont have the lhd stuff getting in the way. Any advice? I searched on google and yea... there isn't a whole lot of info on the 26 =/

Anyways we'll see what happens when I get it back in. It's getting 87mm pistons, ACL mains/rods, ARP head studs, Tomei cams, valve job, and all new gaskets. Hoping to hit 500-550whp on my 60 trim t3/t4
When it gets back I'll throw it back in here just to level out the front a bit
