as a nissan enthusiast and a bmw tech, that thing makes me want to kill babies just so they dont have the chance to grow up and do things like that.
also, why did he do a burnout in reverse?

I really dont see the problem with it, same as the RB powered E30's.
and why did he burn out in reverse? the same retarded reason why people burn out in any other gear...
i dont have a problem with crossbreading. rb, sr whatever powered e30 is bad ass.
its this particular combo that makes me fart.
and whats up? you are to sophisticated for burnouts? but you like drifting?

definitely bad ass. but whats wrong with this combo? wouldnt that motor be fun in the lightweight chassis of the S13? I dont know much about the specs on the motor though.
and me like drifting? did you read under my username? haha. I dont mind it, although the only time I get into it is when someone I know is on the track. I'll catch an event if so. But I myself dont drift.
And I just never saw the fun in burnouts. Did one once when I was 16, and that was the only time. Wouldnt say sophisticated though.

honestly i think its a stupid swap. a better motor made by BMW could have been chosen. this is the M73B54?
i think iirc. in the 7 and 8 series E class BMW's. granted it won some kind of international motor award in 99 its a weak, heavy motor. for being a v12 it only puts out about 325hp at 5k. although its got a tourquey 360lb ft mid range, its got nothing for a top end. its kind of like a really big KA im sorry but if i want 325hp i would get a smaller lighter motor. but thats just me. i mean come on this thing had 2 valves per cylinder! woooooo hoooo!!!! while most of BMWs other engines switched to 4. the only thing im unsure of is the weight but it can be light. figure 2 v6's with sohc heads? meh..id rather rock the S85B50. god i hate how bmw does engine codes
a run down on that engine
-the v10 40valve in bmw's M5 and M6 inspired by BMW formula racing division.
-12.0:1 compression
-8250rpm redline
-5.0 507hp 383lb ft
-VANOS system which varies both intake and exhaust timing
-Individual throttle bodies. 10 of them!!

Knock sensors have been eliminated to utilize the new "ionic current" measuring system. Using the ionic current system, engine misfires as well as knock can be measured simultaneously. Combustion quality raises or lowers cylinder pressure. The ionic current is measured by passing a low voltage between the spark plugs immediately following the ignition spark.
-factory dry sump lubrication system.
4 different international engine of the year awards in multiple categories 3 years in a row.
find me one of these motors and id rock it in an s chassis. im mean if your going to go balls out on a bimmer swap then use the right freakin motor!!!
wow... pointless much? why dont someone just take a H22 throw it in the the back and make it a MR too? this is dumbest shit ever spent way to much money. but hey this is just my $0.02.
its probably like he crashed his BMW and had a drift car without an engine so he made the best worlds out it, basically like the european tokoyo drift film.
