ka24e backfiring

okay. so i drove out to advanced auto to pick up some oil and a filter. Got back in the car, and all it did was turn over. checked all my grounds and fuses. Its getting great spark, good fuel, but just wont start. it will turn over all day. When i crank it, it just cranks over and when i stop cranking it backfires. i have no clue what it could be. My car has been sitting there for 3 days now, and they want it moved. No tow truck will touch cause its lowered. I need help ASAP. Thanks for the help in advanced.

backfiring is unburnt fuel combusting in the exhaust instead of the engine. Check your timing.

Theres no reason any flatbed shouldnt tow your car.

That's exactly what i was thinking. Timing. I don't see how the timing could have jumped when the car was parked, and also, i rotated it to TDC,removed the valve cover to look at the positioning of my cam, and everything was in time. The tow situation is crazy. AAA said they cant, even when i took both bumpers of, AND supplied the 2x4's. I'm either going to end up having one of my buddies with a truck pull it, or eventually going to get frustrated enough, say forget it, and sell it...
