im trying to change my headers on 1990 240sx my egr tube is rusted in the headers and so is the lower tube we decided to cut the egr tube but still cant get the lower tube off whats the cheapest way to deal with this.
EGR block off plate, and get a plug for the exhaust manifold. Cut off the AIV valve and get a plug for that also, or just remove the entire manifold and have both holes welded shut.
BTW, you have a header not headers.
