S13 ka24de turbo project?

I plan on puting a t3 turbo on my 93 s13 ka24de, but was curious what all I would need to accomplish this. And whether or not it is a plug and play deal or if I would need to do serious tuning to the engine. And maybe some pricing and suggestions on whats best
