hey sweet, I was just strolling through you posts and saw my name glad to know it helped man! and you have the same rad as me can't beat the price on them I had to get one.
oh and yea I went all over town looking for the right size belt. eventually it had to be ordered for like 15 bucks
also a side note...i deleted the RB iacv and decided to try and use the Q45 one thats built into the throttle body since its based on engine temp and directly effects the butterfly instead of just bypassing air
if that dont work then ill just have to deal with a cold natured beast....
well its almost all the way back together...heres an updated pic i had the radiator out when i took this cause i was puttin my fans on it... you can also see where i drilled and tapped the intake mani in the water neck to accomidate the water return for the throttle body....
but as you wish...it will start today i have just been double checkin everything this morning i have to trim the lower rad hose and put it on...fill with coolant...do a change on the oil and it should be ready....make sure all my wiring is right for the TPS and the MAF...ill take some vid when i start it up
well it runs....not good but it starts...i have a ton of tuning to do....
i also discovered several things wrong....
maf and tps were wired wrong....fixed
tps was bad....repaired
hole in rad from instalation...semi repaired for now
throttle body is leakin...didnt use a gasket when i intalled it....it sounds like a small animal dieing under my hood....ill make something to fix it tomorrow...
also i did a comp check and got some strange #s....check this out...
