lol im workin on it man...epp sent me the wrong cams (does anyone know if i can just use a s1 cas on my s2 ecu)...and im still workin on getting a collar since ricky is all sold out...
well time for a lil update...i have been pacing my self working on this motor...ill work on something for a lil bit then go work on something else...also under further inspection today i found out that cyls 1-2-5-6 all had busted ringlands
cyls 1&2
cyls 5&6
this weekend i got the block honed, ring gaps set, and the pistons and rods assembled...
block honed
pistons and rods
i have been pacing myself cause im still waitin on parts to get here too...things im waitin on:
crank collar and restrictors
wicked cool oil drain back
#10 AN fittings for valve cover
phase2motors mini catch can
powder coating kit
ceramic coating for exhaust
cams to come back
once the collar gets here and gets installed the rotating assembly goes off to house of balance to make sure that everything is well within balance and will spin w/o eating up bearings and the oil pump...this all comes from the threads i have been reading about oil pumps failing horribly N1 JUN and Tomei...this seems to be effecting all brands of pumps
