The only thing I haven't figuered out is...What color should I paint my proyect?.I love your color man and since my engine bay is black I thought why not go black. Also love that Candy metal flake green.I have done satin before but not sure with this one.

someone might have asked this but how does your line lock work? it releases the pressure off the rears how? does it just restricted the fluid flow or what? nice build makes me want to work on my rb20 or upgrade to the 25
im not sure how familiar you are with line locks...but generally they are used to keep the front brakes applied durring the burn out by depressing the brake pedal and turning the line lock on which holds the pressure in the brake lines...im using mine in the exact opposite fashion...mine is set so that i turn it on b4 depressing the brake and it keeps the rear brakes from getting pressure...so i guess instead of calling mine a line lock i should call it a line lockout
mine is the 2nd one down on the right its built wrong it should be a forward mounted but kyle realized it and built me a new one should be here next week
i'm almost done with my build.Just wanted to let you know if you are going to get your block bore and honed recheck your boost goals and give your pistons manufacture a call and see what bore size to get.For example I told my guy I wanted 32psi and he told me .35 which the first bore size he gave me was .25 Put I didn't mention the amount of psi I wanted att the first time.So they will give you the standar bore needed to fit the pistons.
Man lets see some pics man.I see you got the collar and the drainer kit.I installed a -10 an fitting welded to my oil pan
heres how mines look
Also don't forgett the restrictors man.I hope this post will reach you in time for the pistons thing

^ honestly, what you said makes absolutely no sense. Please explain how your bore size has anything to do with PSI and how PSI has anything to do with HP. 14 psi on a huge turbo makes much more power than on a smaller (say stock) turbo can due to flow. PSI is almost arbitrary in the sense that you speak of it.
What he means is make sure you set your ring gaps according to the amount of cylinder pressure and heat that well be generated. If you are going to run higher boost levels then you need to allow for more thermal expansion of the rings due to the greater level of heat that will be produced. Hence a larger ring gap. You sacrifice oil consumption with larger ring gaps during low load use however. And PSI has everything to do with what he is talking about. You must remember the laws of physics. Gas law states if you increase pressure within a fixed volume, then the temperature of the gas will rise. Thus if you run a higher boost pressure, your cylinder pressures with increase and combustion temperatures will increase. Hence, it affects required gap size.
lol couldn't say it better.Keep in mind that boosting att high levels can't be done on pump gas.W/Methanol injection is the only way you can reach high boost levels with out risking detonation.wich means that you need some type of cooling and W/M injection is the best and most reliable way.Sow yeah It will have a aem w/m injection kit.
Come on man post some pics man.I love to see people building dreams and living the life that only few know.

Looks really good. Any plans to clean up the door notches? I am wondering why you didn't just strip the door covers off completely and save them for later or part them out?

yeah im gonna mod the rear part or the door and smooth out the whole back part of it so the arm rest will stop where the door bar starts...and i have 3 sets of door panels...so its all good im more about functionality over how pretty it is
why not buy some aluminum sheets.Thats what I'll be doing when I get my cage install.also you will want to cover that hole where the back seat was.looking good man anyway.
