rb20 upgrades without tuning

hi, i bought an rb20det for my 240sx. while the engine is out im going to install a new clutch, walbro 255lph fuel pump, and new gasket set with arp headstuds. i have a 3 inch turboback exhaust for it including test pipe and an hks filter. furthermore i want to put some tomei poncams with 256 duration 8.5mm E and I, and up the boost manually to 10psi (was 7 psi when it was in my buddies r32). can i do this and expect my moneys worth? or am i gunna have to fork out for a dyno tune?

reason why i ask is because 1. im a N00b at car computers and that stuff, 2. i dont have access to a dyno anywhere near me, for numbers or even tuning, and 3. the vehicle was not meant to be a money pit in the first place. so can i expect good power out of the poncams and extra boost with stock ecu and no tune?

You'll be wasting your money buying cams and not tuning it. Use that money and buy a wide-band O2 sensor. At least in this way, if you do turn up the boost you can make sure you are not running lean. Or just spend it on a better downpipe, exhaust or other breather/bolt on mods.

Why get cams? If you're running stock turbo and 10 psi there is absolutely no need for cams.
