Question 240sx sputtering

Well my 91 fastback is sputtering, and has absolutely NO balls, if i give it a little bit of throttle it climbs through the RPMs no problem, but if i mat it it sputters from about 1200 rpm, to about 4000 rpm, i cleaned the MAF and there wasnt a change, put some sea foam in it tonight. also, if i manage to get the back tires spinning, then let off the throttle quick it will stall... might be a different problem but to me its not getting enough fuel. no codes either... so.. where do i start? help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Get a FP gauge and hook it to your fuel line. You can rent a kit if you don't wanna buy one.

sounds like a dirty fuel sock and filter, could try refreshing those items first. if not then definitely a new pump

Well all is good but if your fuel pressure reg is shot then it would cause this. That's why we are saying test FP. Then we can go from there.

Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of FPRs have been going all at once?

Alright.. back from the dead, sat in the yard for about 3 weeks and started it up at took it for a spin. decided to keep it. its building negative pressure in the cooling system (collapsing the top rad hose) i dont know if this is a symptom of the stumbling, or another issue
