Angry fuel filter/lines/rail/injectors? problem 89 s13 redtop *videos*

Started my car the other day and white smoke was coming out of the exhaust and the hood, smelled like gas, the next day (today) it didnt want to start, tried again, it started, no smoke, I noticed that the fuel filter is covered with gas on top (300zx fuel filter)... the fuel gauge (fuelab Fuel Pressure Regulator) was reading 40psi witch is connected to the fuel rail. I also noticed a buzzing noise that im pretty sure was coming from the fuel rail around that area, also 1500 idling and wideband reading rich.... Any help would be greatly appreciated

No idea might be the tune could be the intake relay honesty I don't know much about what tune is set on the car but it was taken to king motorsports over here in new Berlin Wisconsin and everything checked out from the guy before me ...I called them the other day and they said they ran into some problems and won't take the car in ..they don't know anything about those cars they said... There a top rated shop then again they only deal with Honda and Acura motors...

Your fuel pressure should be 33-34 w/vacuum, 43-44 without.

well then you definitely have some homework to do, start by trying to bring the idle down and from there see how the car reacts? if you where to ask me what the problem is i would start by checking those injectors including the o rings, they run stupid rich when their stuck open.

Definitely not a stuck open injector. It would be missing way more. Pull each injector off one by one and see if the idle changes on each one.

My guess is tuning and maintenance.

Has the gas built up on top of the filter again?
