HICAS steering rack on S13 w/o HICAS

Hey I did some searching, came up with nothing. A local shop I was looking for a steering rack has a HICAS rack for 160 in stock (at the warehouse, and they won't let me view it until I paid for it) on sale, no core charge. They have the non-Hicas rack for 195 + 100 core charge. Obviously the HICAS rack is cheaper in this case.

Now my question, I obviously don't have HICAS, and I am not planning on running power steering. I know you can thread on a bolt to block the power steering hoses, but how about HICAS? I never seen a HICAS rack so I don't know if i can block off the hoses the same way as power steering. Thanks in advance. - Rob

EDIT: I found out the HICAS pump is better for track use since it turns better. Cool. One more reason to get this. Now if I only can figure out if I can plug up the holes easy .
