Rpms drop and headlights dim when stopping

Every single time i come to a full complete stop my rpms drop and my headlights dim, and it does it a few times while im waiting at a stop sign. Not sure if its the alternator going out, and or my battery. The battery is 22 months old and is a interstate I-24 battery.

Do interior lights like gauge cluster dim too? If so your alternator may be on its way out

there are many different electrical loads that can be imposed on a car. Especially on a car. If you have checked the battery and its good then you should probably check it while cranking. Watch the drop in voltage. If i remember correctly it should not drop below 10volts but i could be wrong. That would imply that a battery is starting to go out. An altenator could be weak.
