Is your Power FC a D-Jetro? I didn't think they were switchable. I have the MAP sensor with my AEM on my SR, and did MAP conversion on my WRX. I like it.

I've never had one so I'm not 100% sure, but I know the D-Jetro is the MAP based EMS and it comes with a MAP sensor, and the other one just runs MAF. From what I understand they aren't switchable, you have to have one or the other. Like on my AEM, I just click a button and I can run either MAP or MAF without switching EMS'.
