Hawaii Safety Check & Registration

Anyone on Oahu can help me pass my car safety check? I just recently bought a 240 but it has an expired registration and safety check. In order for me to transfer my name onto the title I needed to get a failed safety check in order to get the registration. People here have been telling me its such a pain to go through this process. I was wondering if anyone on oahu can help me go through this process.

Is there anything wrong with it?
