Have power to injectors but no fuel, .12v to coil packs?

My injectors are getting power on the Sr20det. But they don't seem to be poring fuel in cylinders. Plug is not wet. Can't get any power through coil pack for cylinder one. Haven't checked the others. But I can't see any power really from the plug that plugs into them. Only have .12v to it. That don't seem right. Thing won't start.

Do you have fuel pressure?

I'm not really following you on the coil pack issue?..

Yea I have 43 fuel pressure on the guage. And I have 11.89 volts to injectors and 11.9 volts to all coil pack plugs. I can smell fuel from exhaust now after cranking so I know I have fuel. I still got no spark it seems tho. I checked resistance in the coil packs themselves and it's about 1 ohm. So that checks out also. Brand new spark plugs. I have a red light on ecu so that's working. I'm stumped.
