Hey, my name is Steve and I'm a Chevrolet-Head turned Silviaholic from Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. I'm currently selling my Camaro and will purchase an S13 in a couple months, or in the spring if the weather gets too crappy to drive one up from Toronto. Like most, I plan on doing a front-end conversion (is it true that all I need is fenders, hood, front bumper, headlights, and possibly a rad support?) and swapping in an SR20DET.

I look forward to getting to know everyone here, and will post photos of the "new" ride when I get it. Oh yeah, I'm also the race division coordinator for Independant Racing, an up-and-coming tuner team from Ontario. www.independantracing.com if feel inclined to take a gander. Anyway, off I go to do some more research on this wonderful beauty of a platform!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I plan on doing an S15 conversion, but I may change my mind and go with the S14a (thats the Kouki, right?) instead.. it'd be a personal styling decision.

I've done a seach and found the thread that gives me the parts list for the S13 to S15 (in a post near the bottom). I hear its a pretty direct and easy install. I'll have to see when the front end is bare and the parts are in my hand.

newbi

yeah so i drive a scion tc im sorry... my heart even then is truly in dsm's but i have been looking for awhile, for a vehicle that has the reliability of a toyota with the power of a dsm and thats why im here. i love the rps13 and im pretty sure thats a 180 but we can only get a 240 right?? sorry if i come acrossed as dumb but the only nissan i ever considered driving b4 the G35 and 240 was a R32 skyline i like the all wheel but for one reason or another i love the rwd, can someone get me started in the steps i need to go through to have a fairly reliable sr20det powered s13 fastback.. i got that old talon of mine sideways under control but sh*t i know that rwd is better to control and can be a much better task to achieve every time thanks 4 your understanding... get back

Hello everybody, I'm Cody's friend (dunno what his profile name is on here... he just bought a red 1990 240sx s13), I thought I'd check this forum out. I don't have a 240sx or a car of my own (yet), but I'm hoping on getting either a 2003 Saab 9-3 Vector or (if parents want to spend that much) a new Cooper S.

Exclamation hey guys i need some advice

I'm a SoCal resident and I want to buy a 240sx hatchback s-13, and I want to know a good place to find one, and how much a good one will cost. I'e had friends tell me to find one that already ahs the sr20det in it. But some say a KA turbo is much more reliable. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hello guys! My name is Jonathan Epstein. I am a Georgia Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering w/ a specialization in RF. I drive a silver 90 240sx with a 98 s13 blacktop sr20det. Lots of mods and my car puts down 310whp. I am the little brother of the guy who engineered/developed the s13 sr20det/ka24de rom tuning boards for Secret Services (and Enthalpy after the disolving on SS) while they were still around and he now has a working prototype for the s14 sr20det engines. I currently live in ATL (Sandy Springs) and want to get into the autocross scene.

Hello, all! This is my introduction.

I've been a fan/obsessed with the 240's for about four years now and i've owned three of them. One '89 hatch, one '90 coupe, and one '96 se. I sold all of them and i'm using the money for a $10,000 budget sileighty.

Hmm, what else? I'm a graphic designer and i'm from the wonderful(haha) state of Iowa!
