So after a long time, and I mean a long ass time, Im finally starting my project.
Have my Rb25 in the garage getting ready to put on a few parts and clean it up and then she's going in. I figured I would make a thread not only to show my progress but to keep me motivated as well.
Waiting on my HG and studs right now. Pics coming very shortly, gonna put my engine on the stand tonight and start getting the head off tomorrow after work most likely.
All you gents out there that have already completed your RB swaps might want to keep an eye on this thread, Im sure I will have MANY questions that will most likely have obvious answers.

I honestly cant fucking wait to start this up for the 1st time, I only hope everything goes smoothly up until that point.
In this thread I will cover a few things, My Rb swap from start to finish and also my auto to 5 speed conversion on my s14 as well. I know there are alot of questions regarding the manual conversion so hopefully I can put some helpful info in here for future swappers or those just curious about the procedure.
