hey im looking to upgrade my rotors but i need something that fits in the stock alloy se 15x6.5 but is a decent upgrade to stock ones, also any suggestions on pads?

There are no upgrades for rotors. Blank rotors are better than slotted/drilled.
As for your pads, I had a very good experience with Axxis Ultimates. I am going to get them for my 240 when the time comes.
For good prices on rotors, I go to either www.thepartsbin.com or www.drivewire.com. Drivewire usually has better prices. Brembo are nice but it really doesn't matter.

read my DIY on J30 brakes in DIY section, they fit under the 15" alloys.

i use brembo cross drilled with hawk pads, and i have to say that they work better only if used hard for a while, where the stock rotor will get really hot, the cross-drilled obviously are a little less hot, but other than that theres no difference in stopping power, but i can brake pretty late...lol
