I don't see why it would be illegal. People do way worse or should I say serious modifications to their cars and they are legal. Honestly I had to take it to a shop to finish it. I stripped the front clip and my car down, I started drilling spot welds and it wasn't getting me anywhere. So I took it to a shop where they put it on an alignment machine and made measurments as close as they can be and welded, thats it, I put it all back together. It cost about $800 at $50 an hour. That includes the wiper conversion to.

I put those pics up less than a week ago. Theres not much else to report yet. I got gauges, a greddy type rs bov that isn't welded yet, I also ordered a walbro fuel pump because apparently my pump is broken. and a front under body panel.
