hey guys i'm going to try to start me 89 s13 for the first time since winter started which was like 3 months ago. But i go to put my foot on the clutch and it completly sinks in with no resistance whats so ever, it has no preassure it just sinks in, this might be a newb question but i need help. Thanx

If the reservoir is topped off and there are no leaks from the clutch master or slave cylinders bleed the system...you've got air.

Usually, when the master cylinder takes a dump it's because the seals are shot and will leak into the passenger compartment near the clutch pedal.

As for the slave, obviously look on the tranny and areas surrounding the slave. It's pretty evident. Especially when you look at the reservoir...there'll be no or very little fluid in it.

this shat happened to me too, my slave went, and if you check the fluid in the master and its all dirty, get a new master or get a rebuild seal kit, the ring inside might be done, so just get a new master for like 50 and a slave!!!!!!!!!

You obviously have problems, because if a car sits it just doesnt loose fluid, there is some kind of leak. First off check the whole clutch assembly, and look for leaks. Maybe you dont have leaks, maybe it was low when you parked it and there was air in the system and the fluid could have settled into the system where you had air, now you have no fluid in the master cylinder and you need to add fluid and bleed it. But if you bleed it and you still ahve no pedal and still see no leaks, it is you master cylinder and your seals have gone inside of it and it is not making pressure, so that will need replacing, it could be rebuilt but you will spend more money and time than if oyu just bought a new one to throw on it. First off bleed the system (get a friend to help it will be much easier) then let us know what you find out.
