I swear over my spring break (April 5-9) I will go pick it out of my friend's shop, put it on, and wetsand the car.....and take pictures. Found super cheap tires to buy too so hopefully 17s will also get painted over break and mounted, then lower car more. Really don't want to spend the money on the tires, would much rather start buying 5 lug stuff. Whatever, I want to stop having hardparking pictures and finally actually get fun times pics...

And now the fun rush begins....

My to-do list for this break is as follows:
-Drive 2 hours to pick up front bumper
-Pick up tires
-Mount tires
-Sand rims
-Paint rims
-Mount front bumper
-Mount rims
-Wetsand entire car
-Lower car (possibly)
-Roll front fenders (possibly)

Take pictures of it being pretty.

Lots of random odds and ends of stuff to do and lots of driving all over the place to get it all done. Once everything is all together it will be easy to get it all on and finished, it's just getting to that point where everything is ready to go on the car that will be a bitch.

The 225/45's I went to pick up tonight turned out to be 215's which is even better. The guy also said they were only 50% tread when they are closer to 90%, yay! Got some BFGoodrich Potenzas for $50 all together when they retail for $150/each. Awesometown.

One thing done, lots to go, and can't start again until at least tomorrow....

Well if somebody found me a pair of n/a z rears and cheap-o se or z wheels I would be going 5 lug over break..... <cough cough>

Dropped wheels and tires off with my buddy today so should be picking them up freebie mounted tomorrow. Got the bumper today, wow it's in a lot worse shape than I remembered. I thought we fixed it better than we did, given that we half-assed it anyway. Oh well, still better than before.

About to change bumper and lights in a second....

You are so extremely right though. I suck at life. The one event I went out to there were no photographers....or those that were there never posted pics. GHEY! Lots of events coming up so I should be there....

May/may not post up pics of bumper half ass thrown on, I'm lazy and it's dark.

Dammit.

So my friend got the tires mounted for me, but now there's a catch. He was trading his s13 for a guy's s14 this Wednesday and he now wants to trade Monday. He has a ton of parts to still rip off his 240 so we are doing that all day tomorrow, painting my wheels in between ripping things off and then putting them on.....then burning the hell out of tires.

So yeah, be expecting me to post his car all disassembled too because I'm bored as hell and have no life.

Here's a couple pics of it:

Plan is to pull out the Safety 21 cage, seat, shift knob, wheels, screamer pipe, and some other stuff. Alright enough rambling done talking for the night, words are boring, pictures are cool.

EDIT: Thanks to Chaz (nismounlmtd) for taking the first pic.

Took no pics of the car and only one of the new one after all was said and done just to laugh at the wheels. I was underneath a car or inside a car most of the time taking things apart so I didn't take any pics. Brought my wheels though, sitting them next to my car they tuck the front fender and have a mm clearance in the rear...if that. Too lazy to do real paint so I'm probably going to rattle can them tomorrow and put them on. When I come back home again I may just clear them with flake and not do real black...it will look fine and they are shit, joke wheels anyway.

So expect lots of pics tomorrow.

The one and only pic of the evening of the new kouki, holy crap it will be so different in two weeks.

Nah, he pretty much traded car for car but kept his wheel, Work wheels, seat, cage, and tuning stuff....and then gave the guy his LMGT1's and the old stock wheels off his r32 plus a couple bumpers we have to deliver to him one day (unless they go missing in my garage, oops) so he had something to drive the red coupe back home on.

car looks good. the paint is certainly unique! are you planning on going widebody or anything like that?

To start off, my friend's super cool kouki. Took pics before we did roll and pull. Now we can go at least an inch lower!

Then my friend took pictures of my car and is supposed to be some amazing photographer....I think even my pictures came out better. With wheels on...

Laziness overcame so I flat black'd them with a rattle can. Next time I'm home I will paint them with real black and clearcoat with crazy flake. Will also lower car another hair. Less than one month from now I'll put the car about 2" lower give or take.

I swear I will post actual drifting pictures soon enough.

Oh believe me, they will be on there. I'll even wash them for him for the first time since he's owned them just so they look good.

Not even going to worry about 5 lug until at least the end of May now. I just want to drive!!!!

225/40 up front
225/40 in the rear right now, but soon to be 245/40

On the s13 coupe he normally ran 215/40 up front and 225 or 235/40 rear.

Camber up front is something stupid like 3-3.5* deg. No idea what rear is, no RUCA's on car right now so whatever it settles to at that ride height.

Surprisingly it took a really small pull to fit those wheels on the rear.

PS. Fender rollers suck, baseball bat FTW.
