my mojo is mine damnit...

and i went to islands of adventure on saturday (we drove down early). it owned........ spiderman was the best there lol.

my car is being tuned at 8 psi again by the same guy... don't ask its complicated.... but i will be going to top speed to get it tuned to 16 psi and call it quits (prolly aim to trade for a s2k or something like that after i drive it for a bit)
 
I agree with sydewayz. Your car should be perfect now. For you to give up on it now would suck big floppy donkey dick. You have put a lot of time and money into your S14. Ultimately this is your decision. But if you do trade you 240 an s2k will be quite expensive (payment/insurance). I am partial to wrx's, and there is an aftermarket for them that is reliable. I have looked into getting a wrx myself and found many tuner sites (rallysportdirect.com, vividracing.com, fastwrx.com, renickmotorsports.com, etc...). Not to mention four wheel drive is a better choice for all season driving.

meh i've been wanting a new, more reliable, factory car for a long time... if you read a page ago or so i stated i wanted out of the heavy car modifying scene.

gts:

1. I can sell my car for approx what I can get a AP1 for.
2. 4 of my good friends have wrx's..... no thanks... not for me
3. All season driving is unnecessary when you only have 2 seasons.
4. squash from fastwrx.com is pure sex... id get high off that shit if i could lmao

if i fixed the hood and dent in the drivers side fender... i think the teens is reasonable ... no way in hell ill get what i put into it but thats life. yeah im never on 240a anymore... my friend charles is though lol ct9a gsr or w/e.

i go tomorrow to test drive the car and if everything runs well and properly i will bring it home

well its back home... still has a obvious overheating issue (water temp was steady at 225-230 F whilce cruising at 70-80). I was told that the bumper is causing it cuz it blocks too much airflow... w/e lmao. I'm going to remove the bumper and the fan shroud just to see if that will help cool it and if it does ill be looking for an aftermarket bumper >< god damnit.... does the JDM OEM Aero have a bigger mouth? thats about the only bumper i'd get. Anyways, that and I'll prolly vent the hood if worst comes to worst. Other than that it runs just fine (running wastegate only... .5 bar or w/e... maxes at like 7.7 psi)

interesting development...... found out the actual cause of the overheating is because one of the retards at top hat who installed my dual fans installed one wrong wrong bc it's pushing air from the engine compartment back into the radiator.... um wtf thats what i said.

so lets see... i flow 1450 cfms of air through the radiator into the engine bay, then i take that 1450 cfms of hot air in the engine bay and push it against cold air trying to push through the radiator... genious..... fucking genious.
