alright needs some help with this one. bad ass day working on the 240. replaced the ps pump with one that i got from bnh. after alot of cursing, cuts an bruises darkness hits so im finishing up blindfolded with no flashligh and nothing but my headlights(witch dont do ish since theyre facing the other direction) me not being able to see like an idiot grabs motor oil instead of ps fluid and drops about 2tblspoons in b4 i realize what it is. :1duh its foaming all crazy now. drove it around just to see if it responds alil better (wich it did for a little while) and now it whines retardedly. so now the fluid is overfilled, turns like crap again and the pumps whinig. does anyone know if this motor oil eff up is going to do any major pump or rack and pinion damage, whats causing the whining, and what should i do after feeling like an dumbass for the past few hours?

Well , theres a reason that we use ps fluid and not oil.

Other then that , noboby here has ever done this , so no one can tell you if you fucked it up or not. Pull all the hoses off and drain all the oil and let it sit for awhile then add the PS fuild tomorrow and see what happens.

Can anybody stop by my house between now and satuday? I need someone to switch my motormounts around since my back is out. I guess you would need a picker to slightly lift the motor.

whats up everyone...its been a while since i been out and on the forum...i have a verson select V3 bodykit for sale asking 800...was 900 plus 200 for shipping...but i will sell for 800

The drift thing tonight was awesome:thumbsup We made it there in good time, and didn't miss much. The entrance fee is only $40 for drifters and 14 for spectators and that includes access to the drag racing all night. You can show up at any time, you just go to the back of the line. There were tons of 240s, lots of SRs, and even 2 mustangs out there. A couple of nice Corollas, and an NA FC there as well. Lots of people were running NA, and even a few Socs out there with nothing more than an exhaust.
The people were cool too. Tony and I talked to a few guys who were more than happy to answer questions and BS about cars, and excited to hear we might be bringing more people.

We definitely need to go again next month.

Frank, don't forget that there was a 350z there too! :p It was a very relaxing atomosphere. Lots of interesting cars to look at and things to talk about. Frank and I walked around BS'N about things like hydraulic e-brakes, tire sizes, and SR20 installs. Travel time was about 1 hour 45 minutes.

tony a friend of mine down here in dover is selling his z so hes taking off all the aftermarket stuff and selling it for cheap

volk GTV's 19x9.5 front 19x10.5 rear with brand new toyo rubber
hks hipermax coilovers
hks titanium hi power catback

$3300 for all of it together

mind you the car has less than 10k miles and probly less than 5k with these parts on it so if you or any of your z buddies are interested let me know

Not a chance. I just pulled in a big job. I should be done the week after that though. I will let you know how it goes!
