I signed up a few days ago to do some research on a 240sx I wanted to by. I didnt post since I wasnt sure if I was going to buy it. Well I bought it and now I wanted to introduce myself.
I got a 1995 automatic 240sx. Its a base model, but its fully loaded. Black leather interior, sunroof, Clarion stereo, and power everything. It has 150k miles on it, but runs greats (except for the infamous timing chain rattle, lol). Best of all is I picked it up for $3000.
I have a list of things to fix and this site has been an awesome source of info to help me out. Seems all my problems are the usual problems the 240's are plauged with. Timing rattle, gas guage being stupid, etc.
