in my opinion, its probably no different then the other quick releases. i would personally go with NRG quick release with the shorter hub.

most quick releases move the wheel further to you. if you are short, like me, it is a bitch to steer because i have to have the seat closest to the pedals so i can reach them and my arms are all crammed up from the steering wheel being very close.

the nrg short release hub makes it closer to stock.

i just dont see what the big deal is with quick release hubs. is it just a security device or am i missing something? i dont know.. just seems like a bit of a waste of money unless you want the wheel closer to you.

its sposed to be so you can fit yourself in the car and then put the wheel back on. on cars with full roll cages alot of times its really hard to get in with the wheel on because you have to wedge yourself between the cage and the wheel.

other than that, I guess its just for looks and so you can have a racing steering wheel, usually one with a smaller diameter than stock, to make turning easier.

cuz its really not any safer than leaving your wheel on the car, their all universal, any theif would just have to bring another wheel lol. hell a pair of pliers works too.
