Im always seeing these 240's with flip up headlights that are halfway open and was wondering how to do it?
I know that there are ways of diconnecting the headlight motors and wires and w/e but i also heard they have a control unit or something where you can adjust the headlights from inside the car...does anyone know where they sell these? i heard there about $80 but i dont know where they sell them.

wow just pop the hood you'll see the motors. theres a cap on top of the motor take that off and just turn the nob. problem solved. free and easy.

Yeah i started rethinking the ones they have for sale. Well i tryed cutting the brown wire and all it did was make the button not function at all.
Thanks for the help anyways.

Oh lol no i forgot to update...I looked it up to see if there is a video tutorial and yeah i DO have to cut the brown wire, then when its cut i just have to switch on the lights push the pop up button and then turn off the lights and double click the pop up button until i get the desired hight lol i thought i was screwed with that.

nononononono look on utube, not sure where it is anymore, but there is a crazy japanese video that shows you how to rewire the relay in the engine bay for a toggle switch and an on/off switch. the on/off switch allows the system to function normally, and when flipped, will allow the toggle switch to set the height of the headlights. its worth the searching if you can find it.

plz try searching next time...
Yeah i did try searching and thats what i said in the earlier post hoping i wont get the obvious of what you just said.
I was looking on where to BUY the headlight thing but i had second thoughts so i just decided to do it the cheaper way and just cut the wire.
I already knew were to find the write-ups on it so i didnt need that...already saw that video.

Well, my question is, if you can do the relay way, why spend 100 bucks on the POS Pivot one? I mean, if your looking at a way to fully control it, it seems the relay way is better than the brown wire (I've done both, and both ways are cool).

lol thats what i was thinkin when I fist cut the brown wire. "oooook brown wire cut..... now what? Crap, Now i gotta go back to 240sxforums and sift through all the threads that say search search search, but no information is given."
