No one can help me out on this? I was thinking it may be because I used the grey and brown connectors from a spare dual cam harness I have lying instead of the plugs from my sohc harness, could that have caused this? Please guys I need to get this car running!

If im not mistaken, all it does it complete the ground when the clutch is pushed in, so you could just permanently ground the wire off the starter and remember to push in the clutch.

You obviously have NO idea how to diagnose electrical problems. This is possibly one of the easiest things in the world to fix with a meter and some commmon fucking sense.

Also to help you out the slightest bit... your question is WAY TOO FUCKING broad. What have you checked? What do you know for sure is good? Common sense shit.

lol ^ its how we all feel, he just said it.

Take a voltmeter:

Test battery, should be 12.6v,
Make sure your battery is grounded
No hots are toching ground
swap out another blue relay and see if that helps
and check connection at all of your plugs.

What is the problem here.. u shouldnt even have to touch the lower harness on a swap..
