So what do u guys think of my first attempt at priming??? It looks 10x better in person. So smooth, oh so smooth:gaylaugh

damn dude, I just looked at the before pics again, that thing looks really good!!!!

See, my car is in a similar state (body wise) as yours was in (mine just has a few more dents and im going to fix them first). It would really make my day for it to look like yours when im done. Allot of people dont like flat black but to each their own. I dont need/want a prissy looking drift car. I want something that will hide damage a little, be easier/cheaper to repair, and stick out less in the city (even though its hopefully going to continue to get filled with decals:eek:, ricer style:greddy::crazyrant!) But I already picked up 1 sponser without even commetting to any events as of yet. Couldnt say no either! But I actually think it might help set off the car to have a few decals on it as long as none of them are rice and Im truely getting something in return for having the advertisement on my car. If anyone calls it rice, Ill have to correct them.
Anyways, hit me up with what the primer was when you get on. Looks good man!

Car looks absolutely amazing. Personally I would make the S14 a track slut only because the chassis is alot less flexible than the s13. But what ever. Do a KA-T if you want. First thing I would do is drop it and do a 5spd swap. Then I would add mods and what not. Of coarse turbo that shit when I say mods lol. Im never going back to N/A hahaha.

Thanks bro, I want to use my s14 as my dd just because I know I can depend on it and i only have about $1300 in it:12dunno.... I think i'm just gonna clean up the '90, new dash, new seats, and keep it auto. I'm probably gonna wait and look for a 5 speed DOHC s13 and then boost it.... I just don't want to spend the money on a 5 speed swap when I could buy a 5 speed s13 running for $500-$1000, if u know what im saying. I'll probably end up buying 2-3 more 240's and have a yard full of em' :gaylaugh

Hey. What ever floats your boat man lol. Either way your money and cars lol. But good plans none the less.

Well i've been busy lately but ive managed to strip the interior, pressure wash the carpets(main and cargo), paint the fabric on the door panels and glove box, replace gauge cluster, take off tint, paint rusty heat shield, clean the hell out of all the seats, paint my spare tire area, and paint the radio trim piece and part of the center console that runs into the radio trim piece.... Heres the pics...

How do you guys like my custom rubber guard on the drivers floor:gaylaugh?? The carpet was ripped right there pretty bad so I got a rubber floor mat and glued it down over the rips... The carpet looks a lot cleaner in person than in the pics..... I think im buyin a blue dash off a guy here on the forum w/no cracks. Gonna have to dye it black...

is your paint starting to not look so good? Or is that just the pic on the last pic?
Its just the pic.... The flash catches every piece of dust at night.... It been sitting in my dads shop where dust, dirt fly everywhere so its covered right now:greddy:

you should have fixed that rust before you painted it on the rear bumper though. Looks great none the less, Im in the process of finding a S13 5speed too.
Thats not rust on the rear bumper... The bumper is fiberglass:gaylaugh.. I sanded the hell out of it but couldnt ever get it smooth
