Ok guys I have all the wheels/tires in and I did a quick test fit today. The 235/45 front tires were rubbing slightly on the strut but the 245/45 rears were fine, even though they looked monstrous. But, I have some 215/40/18 BFGoodrich KDW II's at my house that im putting on tommorow. I just hope the back doesnt look afflicted or too low with the wheels being 8.5". I'll post pics 2morrow night if everything goes as planned.

Took the pics guys. I had to use the 215/40's that were in my garage. I definately need some 225 or 235/45's in the rear to make it look beefier. I also need some good quality coilovers for daily driving. Anyone suggest any for $800 max?

Comments are welcome. I love them personally. Just needs a drop:eek:

Definately needs to be dropped more :)

looks good non the less
Yes I know. What do you think about Tein Basics and K-sport coilovers? I dont want to spend over $850 on them. I guess i'll be needing a camber kit also. Suggestions?

Hell no to KSport. CRAP.

Tein SS would be good if you're not looking to be slammed, but still want decent valving and ride quality. Stance's coilovers aren't that great imo. I've yet to see any proof that they're any better than any other coilover in the same price range, excluding the aforementioned KSport/D2 coilovers....which are crap. No two shocks were valved the same...and well....thats just pathetic.

I'd go Koni Sport/RSR Race Springs personally....but I'm also of the mindset that dual height adjustable coilovers are nothing short of overrated.

Stance or MR.
At least they have an adjuster knob for damping....even though it doesn't do much of anything.

Update... new Falken FK-452's have arrived and I just ordered Megan Racing coilovers and some RUCA's. Im waiting to put the tires, coilovers and ruca's on all at the same time. Then getting it aligned when I get the stance right. Should be done by the middle of next week.

they look awesome dood, will look even better when your low, what size tires did u go with?
245/35/18 in rear
225/40/18 up front.

Just got them mounted and balanced 2day and they look alot better than the stretched 215/40's I had on.

if you have those size tires, then why do you have a new BFG KDW-2 with "215/40" on the sidewall?

Because I put the BFGoodrichs on when i first got my wheels. I just had them sitting in my garage collecting dust. I needed a more meatier tire and a cheaper tire to ride on daily so I ordered the Falkens. I have already mounted the Falkens but im waiting for my coilovers so I can lower and get camber set right before put them on. I am rolling on my stock se wheels/tires right now:greddy:
