SR20DET S14 Tuning: Need Bigger Injectors and Z32 MAF for 260 RWHP?

Iam trying to tune my car sense i have access to a dyno but iam not sure if i need to get injectors and maybe a z32 maf. Its pretty much a stock engine (s14 sr20det) full exhaust,front mount, filter it layed down 260rwhp and 210fttq which is alright i was happy but the air/fuel was like 16:1 :( so i got nistune and iam going to tune it with that but do i need bigger injectors and a bigger maf any input would help thanks

Its running like 12lbs. It doesnt make any sense why its so lean,its lean the whole time from 2000 to redline like 16ish. Its running on a stock base map but iam trying to tune it with nistune well iam going too if i can get this figured out. I hurd they usually run around 10.5to11 wot stock iam 16 :(
