ka24de stock rebuild 2 sizes up for the pistons, crower mild cams,t-25 turbo set up with intercooler, custom tuned comp,730cc injectors, throttle body spacer, full 3 inch no cat apexi n1,no emissions what so ever,z32 maf, stage 1 clutch?
any suggestions?

looks good. i dunno if i would go with such high cc injectors with that t-25. i would go probably 5xxcc injectors, unless u plan on upgrading the turbo in the future. your only going to be able to push that t-25 so much. but thats my opinion, its up to you and maybe stage 2 clutch.

Here What I have from your OP:
Rebuilt KA24DE Bored .40 to 90mm
T25
Crower 264's
FMIC
Tuned-ECU
N62 MAF
730cc Inj
TB Spacer
Straight Pipe 3" Exhaust - Apex'I N1
And a Stage 1 Clutch (Whatever Brand)

Things I would do:
Ditch that OBX TB Spacer (Thats the only one I know of)
Depending on your HP Goal, ditch the T25 Set-up for a T3 if you want more then 300whp
If you do stay T25, Like Open said, Swap the 730's for some 550's
And more specific specs on these other parts such as the IC Core, Clutch (I like the ClutchMasters)

well the t-25 is so much cheaper,b.c its hard to save when i have a jeep thats lifted and gets 9 miles per gallon at 4.25 a gallon =/

someone likes turbo spool and torque.

hwo much hp do u think ill make with the 1st set up i said above with the t-25 setup and 555cc injectors?

how are the jim wolf adj. cam gears for the ka24de? are they worth the 150?
im gettin the 264/264 crower cams, shuld i get new lifters and or valves?

I would get the nismo gears, There Adj. and only cost about 60

And we dont have lifters

And you should look into running an 248/232 cam set-up to save you some money

Why boring it over so much?? Just to increase displacement?
With the T-25 youd be alright with some SR 370s or at the most 550s.
Id suggest the T-28 if want to go used SR parts route. In this case you can use the SR elbow and downpipe. You will need a KA specific turbo mani though which you can find diff priced and quality ones from many sources.
Youll probably want the N60 or N62 MAF depending on your HP and boost goals.
You will also want a AFPR, ZX Fuel filter, and a walboro pump.
Basically your looking at 250hp with the T25, 300+ with the T28.
You shouldnt need valves and lifters for the cams unless your old ones are shot. you may or may not want to look into doing a valve job if you think your valves and seats are worn enough. Also depending on the miles you might want to buy some new valve springs. The 264s dont really warrant stiffer springs.
IMO you dont really need adjustable cam gears unless you know what your doing with them.

On another note, I am all for the Holset. They are cheap, easy to rebuild and hella reliable. However contrary to Phils comment, they do have some lag, but thats what happens when you put a monster turbo on a lil 4 banger. The HX30s arent bad but are harder to find then the more common HX/HY35s.
