Keep us updated on how them work out. I really wanted some but I decided against them because of all the horror stories about bad valving and them blowing out soon.

The advertisements and specs really made me want them so bad though.

no thanks on the k-sports. my friend has them on his s14, and they're hard to adjust, kinda ehh on the ride quality as well.

i've got the megan streets, and i love them, and i've yet to see someone say something bad about them

they're the best coilover value for the money. period.

the ONLY thing i can complain about on my megans is that the rings get a little difficult to adjust once they've been in one spot for a while, BUT i live off of a dirt road, and that's not really a bad thing in my opinion. just less of a chance that they're gonna come loose when driving down the road. lol

I always use a hammer and chisel to tighten and loosen the rings. Those wrench tools just dont tighten them enough for my tastes

I'd recommend the KTS coilovers that SPL parts sells. I have them on my racecar, and after several 12-13 hour enduros and lots of sprint races, they're still going strong. IF you intend to street them only, I'd recommend getting a softer spring rate than the 8k/6k they start with.

the only problem ive had is that in a coupe, the metal sheet between the trunk and the back seat, there isn't enough clearance to adjust the dampening on my rear shocks. i have the fronts adjust fairly soft, it rides great on the street. i've had a lot of people say a lot of bad things about a lot of coilovers, so it really depends.

people say megans are cheap, i have a friend whos had them for over 2 years.. i've also heard JIC has shit for quality control, and their are problems there. the only beef i have with megans is their pillow ball bearings, they rusted on my tension rods, so yeah.. dunno if it sthe same on their coilovers, dunno if its the area i live in. too many factors. find out for yourself.

personally, i love my k-sports. they ride fine, i beleive its 7/6kg right now. reduces a ton of body roll for still having stock sway bar end links with shot bushings and shit for rear suspension arms.
