so...this thread needs a summary of why I have been gone

Over the summer a friend of mine got a truck from a friend and it was destroyed. Needed a lot of work as you can see here
Image

I bought that truck from him and did the most involved project I have ever done. Very proud of myself for all the work we did and how it sits now for sale. Had to cut and weld frame, new front end, rad, interior and so much more.

So that took some time and money and pushed the 240 into simple dd mode and nothing else since money got tight quick and then I took the MSF course and got my license. I did a lot this summer and the 240 was just going A to B before I smacked a curb one night. $90 later this is where its at in need of my love...so now I am getting parts together to go to town on it soon and some other shit as well. Plus some other pics for your liking.

What you guys haven't seen. It needs redo but 1st try for me so I am ok with it for now...Donnie's twin!!!!

We worked fast.

Got to my house at around 1 after eating lunch w/ roomies. Pulled out the ramps, pulled the front onto them, which I am learning how to work on my car EASIER NOW!!!, and then jacked up the rear and went to town. I replaced this exhaust last year to pass emissions so bolts came off fairly easy, a little rust in my eye but easy enough.

Also had to pull then fenders off to get on the ramps, which took all of 2 minutes lol (3 zipties and 2 bolts on each side currently but I will fix that. Anyways here it is.

And my first two videos ever (Open header and exhaust on)...I feel special I can't wait to make more

Decided to get off my lazy ass and get going. Time for some work. Removed all of the sound junk and cut the carpet from front of seats back. Now it's my "cockpit" lol

Still need to finish the process with some treatment and clean it, tuck all the hanging wires, etc. Also put in the s14 belts but still need to make a bracket. I am still using my power belt until they are 100% locked in tight.

Finally decided to hit the DIY Emissions Removal threads and free up some space and power in the bay plus few other fun thingers:nana2:

Before & Now: Minus AIV, charcoal canister and fan shroud. I need to plug the vac lines and will probably finish off my intake soon so I can plug all the lines and run about two and thats it. You can see my sweet zipties so I could get everything away from the fan. I just need to run everything properly now.

Finished putting in my s14 belts just need to make a bracket for both now. I want to tighten them up some more to the body.

Pulled my headliner. I like having it out but I may do something with it (new fabric). I really like the way just the visors and mirror fit though
