does anyone know if the 2007 18 inch 350z wheels clear KTS coilovers and 26mm z brakes in front and just coilovers and stock brakes in the rear?

18 inch dont mean anything, u could be running "rears" all around and tire size?

Haha I think Nissan gives all the Z cars OEM spacers to clear the brakes.
Edit: OEM SPACERS is definitely an oxymoron.

they are staggered 18x8 225/45 +30 in front and 18x8.5 245/45 +33 in rear and i was more concerned with the coilovers, the brakes i know will clear i just was not sure with the coilovers
