What did you do to your car today?

Yesterday I made 2 trips to nashville and got a bunch of nice free drift tires. The first trip I wasnt really prepared but I could fit 4 hancook venus 235 45 17s in the hatch and I cam back to manchester and had my friend follow me down in his hatch and we got both of them full of tires. Ill have to post the pics of the cars full of tires later. I ended up getting 13 17s myself, 4 of them matched and the rest were matching pairs and 1 was an oddball. 2 tires from a matching set were actually bad but I didnt notice the bad spots on them untill daylight. My buddy got like 7 tires in 15s and 16s, 2 pairs and 1 oddball that matched up with an oddball he already had, brand and all.


And then today I recieved my splitfire ignition. Tomorrow it goes on. (hopefully)

Installed my split fire direct ignition. It couldnt have been easier! I was looking for someone that had a writeup on how to do it but when it arrived it looked to be easy enough. I honestly think it only took me 8 minutes to remove the stock coils and harness, install the new coils and spacers, plug in the new sub harness, mount the box, ground the box, and plug in the sub harness to it and the conversion harness to the engine harness.

For real, everything just plugged right into everything! Plug and play. I have never hooked up an aftermarket part on a swapped jdm motor and have it install so easy!
Now all I need is a ignitor chip so I can see if it worked.....

this past 2 weeks I...

took apart the subframe and control arm setup to get to my oil pan.
changed the oil pan gasket
changed the oil filter mount gasket
changed the oil
changed the alternator
changed the 75amp alt fuse
changed the starter
cleaned the battery terminals and filled the cells
and finally got rid of that stupid ass honda seat that was in my s13 and got me a stock seat and now the car runs and when i drive it im not 10ft in the air =]

now i have to....

change the valve cover gasket and heil coil one of the treads on my cylinder head
swap out the gas tank because the one thats one it has a crack on top
and get all the guages to work and dash lights

good stuff

only have one pic but i have no idea how to put it on here so if someone wants to tell me how ill post it

TODAY I...

gutted and cleaned the rear seats and hatch area and put in a pillar bar

then i cleaned everything else on the interior

and thenn tried to get a new speed sensor cuz mine is cut and found out it cost $200

and then my passenger window took a shit on me and im currently trying to fix that

bought one! on the 22nd technically
since then

replaced power steering hose
fixed a fuse on tail lights
drained the battery to 3 volts
drove it home from miami where i bought it
replaced brake pads

looked at it and wished i had money

duhh, you should have let the air out of the other 3 tires instead of filling them up.
