I ran a stainless steel line off of the block up to a mounting point behind the IM. I used a T fitting so I could connect the stock oil pressure sensor and the new sending unit. People also used to tell horror stories of the sending unit being so heavy it would snap off the block because the drilled hole isn't strong enough. I ran a T directly out of the block for a feed line on my integra, but I definitley wouldn't mount the huge sending unit directly into the block.

I actually just de-installed my oil presure gauge so I have my relocation line and T fitting sitting in the garage if you want to buy it from me. If you interested PM me and I'll give you a price. Its basically a 2 foot stainless steel oil line connected to a T fitting that is sized for the stock sensor and an aftermarket sending unit.
