ok this is a DIY homemade intake for a 240sx i used my 1990 with stock tubing its a cheep easy way to get a little bit more power when u need it 
ok fist off when u need to get is a aftermMARKET intake filter i found mine at a junk yard cost me $5

next what u need to do is remove ur stock air intake box once u have it off there are two ways of doing it u can buy the MAF adaptor off from ebay there like $10 on there or u can mod ur stock air intake box to fit thats what i did once u have it off look at the side where u see the bolts there are two metal tabs that hold it on i already took it off in the pic

the easyest way to do it is to just drill them out it just pops right out

after that u need to get some pliers or somthing to bend the metal stight

now the filter will just go right on

after that just bolt the whole thing to ur MAF :mrgreen:

and there u go more HP at a cheep low cost well for me $5 hahahaha:thumbsup
