I swear to god this is retarded! Last engine i had (as u all know, didnt have any spark, so i replaced everything!) NOW i get spark. but no fucking fuel!

Can someone give me a list of shit to check and where its located please.... Ive been working on this thing since fucking 11 today and im so pissed off right now!
 
you have an SR? a ka?

both i would check the injector(s) and the harness wiring leading up to it, the fuel pump and the wires leading to that, or as mush as you can get to. then check the fuel pump relay which is in the fuse box on the passenger side of the engine bay. then you could check yo make sure your fuel filter isnt clogged, and to make sure oyur fuel lines arent backwards, you should be able to follow the line from filter>rail>FPR. If its filter>fpr>rail your doing it wrong
 
Check your fuse to the pump. Have you messed with any wires? You can always check for voltage at the pump with a Digital Multimeter. A bad wire connection to the pump could be the problem. Start off easy, with the fuse. Then, use the meter to make sure you get voltage to the fuel pump.

There is no voltage to the pump... And all my fuses are good. What im going to do though is just buy a shit ton of fuses and replace them all.

Where can i buy new relays (i think they are relays... the big blue things that are around all the fuses, and the one thats by the ecu... those are relays right? Cause they may be bad too... but idk... If that does do the trick... im gonna ONCE AGAIN take it to another fucking shop so they can fix that problem, and fuck something else up. Cause i seriously get too pissed off messing with wiring. Like i broke my shifter bezel by punching it cause i got so pissed.
 
just get a new fuel pump relay. thats proabbly whats wrong, and if your fuses are good thats pbviously not the problem. its like 15$. it says EFI relay or some shit, i think its the middle one, has 4 connections inside like 2 close and 2 wide

Mike,,, what would cause both my distributor and my fuel pump to not recieve any power? Cause those are my 2 problems right now.... And everything is grounded, just its not getting power.

but wouldnt a bad ignition switch also cause my car not to crank when i turn the key? Or are we talking about 2 different things... Where is the ignition switch...

and also... right by the windshield wiper motor... there is a little black box that has a plug going to it... wtf is that? and im not talking about cruise control, cause my car doesnt have that. Its something else. The size of it is about the same size as 3/4 of a ciggarette box...

my ecu, fuel pump and dizzy all have no power, but ARE GROUNDED can someone please help me out? I just replaced the ignition switch and still no luck...

but the car DOES crank...

idk man... im gonna check some shit tomorrow.. i found some shit to check in the fsm but idk... im gonna have to do that tomorrow...

Also, WHERE THE FUCK DO I BUY NEW RELAYS FROM!?
 
sounds lika a bad ecu to me, starter is working and getting power but fuel pump and distributor are off. i say check the ecu, then there is a set of relays along side the body harness on the pasanger side of the car make sure those are connected properly and are not burnt out. (oh fuck you have a duel cam um check anyways) dam thats some fucked up shit.

fonix... where are those relays located? under the dash? if so, i only know about 1... if they are located somewhere else on the passenger side... ya... never knew about them unless ur talkin about the ones in the fuse box in the engine bay... (btw... i do have a dohc...) and the only other relays i know about are the ones on the fuse panel on the driver side. And fyi, that panel does kick on when i turn the key... it makes the obvious click noise...

and my ECU ISNT BAD. it works 100000000% fine in my buddys 240. the problem is is that the wires that supply power to my ecu DONT HAVE ANY VOLTAGE GOING THROUGH THEM. so idk what to do.

And as for the relays... autozone, checkers both dont carry them. And i know nissan will probably charge me like $100 per relay cause they overprice shit... So i dont want to get relays from them...

idk man... im gonna read my fsm some more... cause it cant be the wiring harness since BOTH of them cause the same problem... I think im just missing something in my fuse box/panel... or a relay or 2 is shot... so im just gonna keep doing stuff...

but please give me more ideas!

ok guys... i cant find any pics and i also dont have any way of finding out since i cant find it online....

BUT Can someone PLEASE take a picture of their fuse box! and use ms paint to draw lines to each individual fuse n relay and EVERYTHING and tell me where the fuck it goes... And if at all possible... please tell me what relay is for what under the driver side dash on the panel... (include pics also please) Umm.... i think that should b it



OH.... how do i test my fuse box to see if its getting power?

btw... i prefer if its from a 96... but if other years are the same... well... have at it.
