Posted the car on alabamaracingscene.net, aspeed. In a few weeks if I don't have pretty decent interest I will list it on m3forum.net and e46fanatics.

todd, i wonder if i go by there if i can test drive it. lolherb knows me there and is looking for a z car. but i did tell him i wanted a good one.

not a vert fan myself but my wife likes them. i do like that blue z4m alan posted. i would go for one of them.

Vans suck. Just get a bigger car, 5 series or something. Smarter in the long run.

sorry to say you are wrong. lol

nothing says room like a van with 2 dvd players for the kids to watch on long rides. and getting that lets me get what i want. and she can drive the van.:gaylaugh

Jason, nothing says whipped like, "man that van is bitchin".

Old, married, kids...they might as well have your picture in the marketing material for the sales reps.

lol funny todd.

but maybe one day you young guys will learn about the family live if your lucky.lol

by the wife a nice van and then i get what i want. nothing wrong with that. i really want to get an x3 our something in that line. but dont know if she would go for that. you have to realize how much shit it takes to haul to kids around.

That is pretty good logic Jason. I'm just totally against minivans b/c well....there isn't a single thing 'good' abut them that can't be found in a different type of vehicle.

Jay, I didn't take that pic. I pulled it from one of the BMW forums I'm on. Iirc, that pic is from somewhere in the Appalachian Mountains, but not the Dragon or any area near Deal's Gap/Fontana Dam....its further north of that.

My buddy had a small SUV and finally bit the bullet and got a caravan or something like that. Said that with their two kids and sometimes friends they needed something that held more than 4/5.

Minivans are perfect for that situation...you can say large sedan but there just isn't as much room. I mean if your wife doesn't mind driving a pulp-wood truck sized vehicle, and you don't mind checking you man card before you drive it rock on. SOME are very well appointed and super comfortable.

yea i like the x3. and its not a bad price i think. and you can get one a 1-2 years old for a good price.

and your right todd, theres nothing that meets the standard a van can give you. we have that blazer now and theres nothing wrong with it except being a 97 model. still runs strong and looks fine. but we need more room. when we go on vacation we pack it out and still need some more room.

but i guess time will tell. im not buying anything until the summer is over. unless herb comes up with a great deal on a z car.

speaking on fthe 135....yesterday my friend, who already has her 135 vert, let me drive it. i must say.....that car is a beast. the exhaust note is very veyr nice and the car is suprisingly not windy w/ the top down on the interstate. either way, had the m package on it and had a baller steering wheel. going from the mini to that car though....it handles much more mushy (go figure). i kind of wish it had a "sport" button to tighten the steering. not to say it doesnt handle well, but its no mini.

on a better note, they just introduced the john cooper works minis (vert, cooper, and club) into the employee lease program. they also introduced the x6 into the program too. i'll probably end up with the 5.0L x6 after the 1series.

anyone know what to do when you've lost your factory restore CD and need to go back to factory settings on a laptop?

Mark and I went beating around Montgomery today. Had to go to Sears and we stopped by a few car places. Sat in the 370z again and also a new 2010 GT-R.

i will have to say i like the 370z. i got to sit in one at nissan of gadesden when i was down there the other day. i really like them. and did they fix the tranny issue in the gt-r for 2010?

keith i got a freind with the 135 and he loves it. he has a tune on it and something else not sure but he ran a 13 flat at steele a few months back. i liked it. black with red and black inside. he went from a 350z to that and he said he really did enjoy it.

I saw a SWEET (stock) 135i yesterday. Nice car, and it looked good going around a corner pretty quick. Of course...the driver was some high school punk. It would have been really hot if it had some E46 M3 CSL reps on it (with offsets to fit a 1series, of course).

got a question for you allen. i need to know a few things about the miata. what year did they start putting in the 1.8? and is there anything to look for when buying one? and whats some good miata sites?

oh and today on the way back from jacksonville i came across a 350z nismo car. black in color. looked ok and couldnt see whos was driving it windows was blacked out.
