damn pretty wild setup... :D we use the factory consult port but yea should work the same.
actually if you have the software and the rom pack you should be able to load the jdm s14 sr20det ecu (69f00 iirc) and then you can adjust the injectors and maf yourself. what exact turbo do you have and what is your ecu number ill try and save up an image file for your ecu with z32 maf and 600ccs and your turbo. did you check your sparkplugs after your coilpack was fucked up? because it really looks like your car was running waaaay too lean. because if you have used your z32 maf without configurating your ecu to it, it leans out your mixture and melted your sparkplug made your wideband go crazy. spraying brake cleaner inside your maf and the car runs good makes sense because you added something to burn inside your engine. :D
but on the other hand when you sprayed the lines and it didnt do anything show that your vaccum lines and couplers are all tight and not leaking and which is a good sign :)

ill try and make the image tomorrow and send it to you, see if that helps you out!!
 
ok ok i saw your car is stock and you are having these problem with the stock car right? ok could you let the car idle please and record a logfile in nistune and send it my way?? if you dont know how to do it ill make some instructions for you :)

well it's been a while since my last update, but i got my running issue figured out... it's my afro engineered turbo intake system i have rigged up... it's leaking.... unmetered air FTMFW!!!!! and come to find out that one of the bolts on my turbo inlet is stripped... SO, on to buy more stuff...

here's the list of what i already have on the way...

GRedddy Suction kit-EBAY FTW!!!!

OEM Pulsar GTIR compressor housing replacment (no stripped holes!! going with a stud and bolt set up this time)
Sparco pedal set-HOT!!!!

a set of wig wag headlight flashers... same ones used on police cars flishflashflishflash

and some icing for the cake, a OEM Keyless remote for the S14... NICE

and some other misc couplers i've been needing to replace... get all these parts in and installed, and i should be on the way to tuning in my Z maf and 600cc's with Nistune!!!

MOAR POWAZ!!!!1!!1!one!!1!!

okay, so i got tired of buying and selling shit, so i finally did some work... first time i've worked on my car in about a week, something must be wrong with me....

so we all know what my ECU setup looked like before.... just a big big mess on my floor board....

i know, it's not much, but it's something, and i think i did a pretty fair job of it...
 
nice thats pretty handy because most of the time the passenger uses the laptop when the driver drives... ha we always route our cable over the steering column and what not. your solution is better :p

okay, minor part update... thanks the Clawhammer AKA Rayan C, i got my GReddy AIRNIX and suction kit, complete with compressor inlet, and outlet, AIRNIX filter with Z maf adapter, for a really good price, thanks bro!!! (3 hundo new, not gonna tell ya what i got it for, muahahha)

also a couple other things i picked up...

gauge pod- to get my wideband out of my ash tray hole
brand new OEM FPR
GReddy 3" coupler (mine on the TB has got a tear in it, not leaking...yet

more updates to come when i get my replacement turbo compressor housing, and install this stuff... this should be the end all to my problems, and my S14 should be more than road worthy at the end of this.... i haven't driven it in two weeks... I'm freakin' out!!!

95Zenki, that shit made me laugh so hard...

and jakob... i got the file, lets hope it works, also, did you change anything else? fuel/timing maps? or did you just change injectors and MAF and let it "auto tune"... not to be mistaken with auto tone, used by T Pain...

and Jakob, it would have been easier to name it 600ccZMAFSR20DET.bin, rather than "the_hope_it_does_not_fuck_anything_up_basemap_from_europe_of_doom.bin"
 
hahaha man i just changed maf and injectors, the rest is done by nistune and the stock ecu.
i hope it works....
i thought that name would be funny... funny but waaaay too long lol
even if the file doesnt work, i included links to some nice e books from the nistune guys about the programm and how to tune cars in general etc.... just check them out first.
like i said would be waaay easier to plug my laptop to your car because i havent saved any bin files yet we did everything on and in the car.

talking about auto tone hmmm i think i should make a record
