Not directly related to your car, but I just have to ask... In case I ever find myself in a position to do appearance things on my car later on...

But who makes that front bumper? Looks like normal JDM turn signals would fit it so you don't need the clear EDM ones pictured, and also appears to be mildly functional from aerodynamic / brake ducting / radiator & IC flow points of view.

hmm light pattern is a iffy. but decent considering you have HIDs and an un-fluted headlight.

If it was me, id grab a spare pair of headlights, put these clear lenses on, and try and retro some TSX projs in there. and black out the housing. That would be pimp

The pattern will be no different with the OEM bulbs in there IMO because of the clear lenses. It doesn't bother me much not to have Projectors, infact I hate projectors on a lowered tuner car. i prefer to see everything possible. my beams are aimed almost to the ground and it's been working out perfectly fine for me so far and haven't got any high-beam attacks from people going the different direction.

I unno..I likes it, it's nice and bright and i can see the road hella better.

The clear lenses look so fuckin pimp that i could possibly sacrifice...haha

update on the S13 Coupe...

So, I finally attacked my thermostat neck's stripped bolt thread problem with never ending coolant leak today. i went a head and took off the AC stuff cuz I'm sure this car is never going to have AC never again in it's life time.

learned something new today...the thermostat housing isn't built into the block so i was able to do the actual thread repair with in 10 mins after everything was off the car. i had to repair the very bottom bolt thread and it's actually just a aluminum flanged about 1/4 inch thick. so..if i ever run into this problem EVER again with sohc's, i mma just use bolt/nuts on that SOB. man i could have had this problem fixed last year, haha.

anyways, car's back together now, i ran out of time and all the stores closed so i'll pick up some coolant tomorrow or buy a bottle of water wetter like I always do and see how it does......

i swear if it leaks again........ i'm taking a hammer to it.

if you want to do this... dont buy a zenki go kouki... lol or dont buy a s14 at all haha imo that would look horrible :12dunno


sorry bro didnt meant to threadjack haha keep up the good work :)

i have regular ahlogens and im pretty happy with my light output and i have super shitty bulbs, like the cheapest of its kind.... but maybe its because i have glass headlights :supercool

^ i know but retrofitting a zenki is like a s15 frontend... it just deosnt look right.
and blacked out housings with projectors looks even more like ass... keep it zenki!
and if you REALLY want projectors go kouki but dont fuck with the light assembly....

So...did couple more things today on my cars...

Put D-Max Clear Corner Lights on the S14, My front end is almost complete! weeee

Tried to bleed my cooling system on the Coupe..only to find out I still have a leak from thermostat neck somewhere...

I think I might have a faulty thermostat now thus building up way too much pressure to have a leak or something.

this is madness, god damnit.

Or it might be the fact that my factory radiator is only about 1/2 or 2/3 inch thick cored might have something to do with it...

Ohhh...where do I go from here....

clear lenses and clear corner light would make the combo much better!

maybe the RTV around the t-stat is leaking?

sorry for "jacking" ur thread...lol
